About the House

A family home for over 20 years

This house has been in the family for over two decades and we still love to enjoy it, so we know it well and keep it in good shape. Gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, room to sleep ten, and a deck and patio built for long summer nights. We sit on a corner lot at 3rd & 35th, right on the median block of the island, in a family-friendly neighborhood you'll love as much as we do.

  • Two blocks to the beach entrance
  • Two blocks the other way to Barnegat Bay
  • 1–3 blocks to mini golf, arcade, ice cream & restaurants
  • About 10 minutes from the boardwalk
